Invitation to Free DEI -O Training Program
As part of our activities, we offer a free DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) training program to help organizations implement DEI practices. DEI is a crucial guideline for respecting all individuals and embracing diverse backgrounds and perspectives. This initiative serves as a powerful tool for significantly enhancing corporate value. By promoting DEI, organizations can improve their culture, strengthen competitiveness, and enable sustainable growth.
Additionally, our training incorporates the perspective of “DEI -O.” The “-O” refers to the risk of unrealistic actions or reverse discrimination resulting from overzealousness, and achieving a proper balance is key to successful DEI implementation. This training will help you learn effective and sustainable DEI strategies while avoiding excessive enthusiasm, supporting your organization's long-term success.
Organizations, companies, and educational institutions are all welcome to participate for free. Please contact us via email or social media (X, Instagram, Threads) with the subject line “DEI Training Application.” Further details will be provided by our office.
