Why do "communities" around the world emerge, disappear, and then emerge again?

About 50 years ago, a cultural trend known as the "counterculture" spread throughout the world, creating a community movement that brought people together to live and work together. Profile of Tenge Shirou

Former senior managing director of Sony Corporation. Doctor of Engineering (Tohoku University), Honorary Doctor of Engineering (University of Edinburgh).

He worked for Sony for 42 years until 2006. During that time, he led the development of the CD (compact disc), NEWS (professional computer workstation), and AIBO (dog-shaped robot). Later, he served as President and CEO of Sony Intelligence Dynamics Laboratory, Inc. He has been involved in medical and educational reforms, and teaches meditation and fasting, and conducts seminars called "Tengai Juku. Gradually, the school has been transformed into a school that focuses on transforming the consciousness of all people and accelerating the evolution of society. In 2014, he also launched the "White Company Award" to discover "companies that value the happiness and fulfillment of their employees and their contribution to society," and served as its representative for 10 years.

In addition, he teaches meditation and fasting. Currently, he is also involved in healthcare reform, education reform, corporate management reform, human resource development, and in-depth study of the latest organizations and communities.
