Tengai Juku Office (Location: Chigasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture; Representative: Oka) will hold a total of four sessions of "Money Work 2024," the ultimate shadow work seminar to unlock the secrets of one's commitment to "money," at a venue in Chigasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture and via Zoom. A recording of each seminar will be available after each session.

The Ultimate Shadow Work to Unravel Your Obsession with Money

Have you ever been aware of how obsessed you are with money?

In fact, there is a work that can make your life leap forward much more lightly by surfacing and working on that obsession.

The reason why this is possible is because the "shadow monster," an unconscious-level entity that is making your life creak heavily, is attached to your obsession with money. Therefore, although the starting point of this work is "money," it does not only dissolve your obsession with money, but it also calms the entire "shadow monster" and makes your life leap forward in its entirety. This was discovered by Peter Kernick in his consultancy work and has been practiced for over 30 years under the name "Money Work" (note: he does not use the term "shadow monster"). This course is designed to help students transform their consciousness, with Hideaki Aono, who has been entrusted by Peter Kernick as a "sub-source" for the practice of "money work" in Japan, and Shiro Tengai, who has been working to support "transformation of consciousness" for many years.

Born in 1978 in Ibaraki Prefecture.

From an early age, he was a passionate and eccentric child who was constantly thinking about the meaning of life.

In high school, he gradually lost sight of the meaning of life and became involved in music activities to escape from his studies, and as a result, he was unable to go on to college and lived in extreme poverty.

When he was offered a chance to make a major label debut, he was astonished to find that he was like a monkey on a monkey wheel, not knowing the economic principles of the world.

He was truly a slave to money.

This experience led him to start his career as a tax accountant with the hypothesis that "the relationship between money and the human heart is the key to unlocking the meaning of life.

After that, he started his support activities as a corporate advisor based in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.

In 2010, he returned to his hometown in Ibaraki Prefecture and began working on the fusion of the flow of the natural world and management.

His greatest joy is helping people to co-create their own unique way of life according to the design of the natural world.

He is passionate about mutual understanding and meta-cognition with an emphasis on super-rationality, practical wisdom, and fluid systems, connecting the individual and the world through accounting and restoring one's sense of self.

As of 2022, he is studying under Peter Kernick, an advocate of the Source Principle.

Former Senior Managing Director, Sony Corporation. D. in Engineering (Tohoku University), Honorary Doctor of Engineering (University of Edinburgh).

He worked for Sony for 42 years until 2006. During that time, he led the development of the CD (compact disc), NEWS (workstation), and AIBO (dog-shaped robot). Later, he served as President and CEO of Sony Intelligence Dynamics Laboratory, Inc. He is currently working on healthcare reform, education reform, and corporate management reform.

Since 2014, he has been promoting the "White Company Award," which recognizes companies that value their employees and are the opposite of black companies.
