Visitors will be able to enjoy ice cream in a cool environment!

Highlights of the "Japan Local Ramen General Election
The battle of "local ramen," not the name of the restaurant
This event is a battle of "local ramen" names, not store names! Entries can be made by stores or by local ramen associations (groups), but if you advance to the finals, you will be a "representative of local ramen"! You will be fighting on your own hometown's behalf, so you absolutely cannot lose! This is a serious competition.
The 10 finalists who have passed the intense web-based qualifying rounds are at a very high level.
The 10 finalists who have passed the intense web-based qualifying rounds are of an extremely high caliber. What happens here is... you will be able to eat 10 kinds of really delicious local ramen! That is to say! We will challenge this competition in the big city of Tokyo, carrying the thoughts of our friends from the regions that were eliminated in the preliminary rounds!
Finalists' local ramen
(1) Koshu Jidori Ramen (Yamanashi Prefecture: Team KOSYUJIDORI)
(2) Hakodate Ramen (Hokkaido: Hakodate Makonbu Shinsengumi! Ramen Menkichi)
(3) Shirakawa Ramen (Fukushima Prefecture: Haze Ding)
(4) Kaga Miso Ramen (Ishikawa Prefecture: Kanazawa Kaga Miso Yuukai)
(5) Nagaoka Ginger Ramen (Niigata Ramen Cooperative)
(6) Sano Ramen (Tochigi Prefecture: Sano Ramen Association)
(7) Hakata Ramen (Fukuoka Prefecture: Hakata Tonkotsu Nosemon)
(8) Yamanashi Gensui Ramen (Yamanashi Prefecture: Yamanashi Local Ramen Association)
(9) Sapporo Ramen (Hokkaido: Sapporo Ramen Jikiden-ya)
(10) Previous winner: Sakata Ramen (Yamagata Prefecture: Sakata Ramen Association)
The votes of the visitors will decide the best ramen in Japan! Participatory food festival!
From the moment a visitor holds a bowl of ramen in his or her hand, he or she is a judge!
You can participate in the battle to choose the best local ramen in Japan with your own hands!
Can that flavor you recommended become the best in Japan?
To become the best in Japan... it's not enough just to sell ramen!
To become the "No.1 local ramen shop in Japan", you cannot become the No.1 in Japan only by the number of cups sold!
To ensure that the winners are not determined by innovations to increase the number of cups served, the "number of votes for voting coins" is divided by the number of cups sold, and the winner is determined by a deviation value! Real voting is done with one voting coin per cup of ramen.
There will also be a box at the voting booth with no corresponding box.
The third round: The battle to determine the best tsukemen in Japan! Dai Tsukemen Haku Tsukemen Battle to decide the best tsukemen in Japan!
For the first time in about 10 years, a battle to decide the best tsukemen in Japan will be held!
Last time, the winner, "Chinese Soba Tomita," won the title of Japan's best tsukemen restaurant and became nationally known. About 10 years have passed since then. Which restaurant will win the title of Japan's No. 1 this time? Legendary restaurants and up-and-coming restaurants will all be competing in this year's competition!

Highlights of the "Dai Tsukemen Haku Tsukemen Nippon Ichi-no-Kenken" (Tsukemen Expo - Tsukemen Japan No.1 Championship)
The new champion will be the star of the future!
There are many ramen events, books, and programs... but this event is the only one where you can get the title of the best in Japan. If you win, your life will change! It's your chance to rise to stardom in one fell swoop! Moreover, since this is the first time the event has been held in 10 years, there is a possibility that the power structure of the ramen industry will change! That's how serious the restaurants competing in this competition are about making delicious tsukemen to challenge the battle!
This is the first time in 10 years that the Tsukemen Expo has been held exclusively for tsukemen.
In recent years, this event has been called the "Grand Tsukemen Expo" but has also served ramen.
This time, we are going back to our roots and all the dishes will be tsukemen.
The advantage of holding only tsukemen is that there are various ways to enjoy tsukemen, such as dipping the noodles in tsukemen sauce from different restaurants!

What is the TRY Ramen Award?
The "TRY Ramen Awards" are the industry's top ramen awards announced in the magazine published by Kodansha Ltd. TRY stands for "Tokyo Ramen of the Year. In 2000, the magazine "TOKYO★1 Weekly" (now closed) published a ranking of ramen restaurants by genre of flavor in response to the call for "Let's decide the best ramen in Tokyo.
The ranking will be published every fall for the 25th year in 2024. The judging panel consists of ramen specialty stores in Tokyo and the three prefectures of Kanagawa, Chiba, and Saitama, excluding Chinese restaurants. TRY Ramen Grand Prize National Edition" is also published, introducing selected ramen restaurants from all over Japan.
