We have been ranked in the Oricon Customer Satisfaction(R) Survey on Large-Scale Repair of Condominiums Kanto since 2022, and this year we were ranked 4th, making it the third consecutive year we have received this award. (*2nd in Kanto in 2023/5th in Kanto in 2022)

The survey evaluated the company in a total of six categories, including "Responsiveness of on-site management," "Responsiveness of workers," and "Satisfaction with the finished product.

Our company operates mainly in the Kanto area, and has built up a track record of customer trust and achievement based on the spirit of "placing the highest priority on customer safety measures and privacy, and using reliable techniques developed from our extensive experience in condominium repair work to ensure customer satisfaction.

We will not be satisfied with these results, and will continue to make further efforts to improve our technology and customer service while responding to residents' voices in a meticulous manner.

Those who have requested large-scale repairs to their current condominium within the past seven years, and have served as a board member or repair committee member of the management association at the time of the request.

In addition to the above conditions, those who were involved in the request for a construction company in one of the following ways

1) Those who were directly involved in the request from the board of directors or the repair committee to the large-scale repair company.

2) Those who were involved in the request for a large-scale repair and maintenance company through the condominium management company or outside consultants, etc.

Definition

Companies that are members of organizations registered under the Home Remodeling Business Organization Registration System and that carry out large-scale repairs to condominiums.

However, the following are excluded

1) Companies that specialize in the construction of some facilities such as water supply and drainage pipes and electrical equipment

2) Companies that primarily perform large-scale repairs to condominiums managed by themselves or their group
