System Overview

Rescue GO!" is a DX system consisting of cloud computing and smartphone applications specialized for road service operations.

It provides a consistent system from reception to vehicle dispatch, work instructions, completion reports, billing, payment confirmation, work status confirmation, and work status management.

Functions of Rescue GO!

Road service management

Rescue GO! provides all the functions necessary for road service, including reception, vehicle dispatch, work orders, dispatch, arrival, completion reports, and monitoring of the current location of all vehicles.

The latest status of vehicles can be checked in real time via the Web, facilitating the smooth dispatch of vehicles to nearby locations from the current location. This reduces wasteful work.

Rescue GO!

The app uses the GPS of a smartphone or tablet to display the worker's location and work status on a map in real time.

Workers can proceed with their work and report the status from their smartphones.

When an in-vehicle printer option is added, "delivery slips," "invoices," "receipts," and other documents can be printed on the spot.

Attendance Management

Record and share worker work hours by case. Various functions are provided to manage work status, such as automatic reflection in the daily report.

Workers can report their work status by simply tapping their smartphones.

Sales Management

Various functions are provided, including order receipt, sales posting, billing (closing date/as needed), payment, accounts receivable management, various management forms, and a search function to check past work and sales details.

In addition to general customers (individuals and companies), transactions with agents (insurance companies, insurance agencies, automobile manufacturers, etc.) are also supported.

Onboard printer

This function allows you to print delivery slips, invoices, receipts, etc. on the spot.

You can download templates for use with the in-vehicle printer from "Form Templates" on the web management screen.

This function manages sales of rental cars for loaner vehicles.

Repair Management

Sales management function for vehicle inspection and repair.

Subscription fee

For subscription plan : From 50,000 yen + tax per month*.

In case of buy-out plan : 1,500,000 yen and up*.

*Equipment such as tablet terminals and printers must be purchased separately.

*For subscription plans, we can provide a minimum of 3 months of usage.
