The most reviews in the history of "Monmiya"! The August issue of "MONMIYA" will feature the latest word-of-mouth reviews of soba restaurants in Tochigi.

The August issue of "Momiya" is the latest edition of the "Soba Special. This is a popular feature that sells out every time it is published. For this year's Soba Special, we invited word-of-mouth comments about "favorite soba in Tochigi Prefecture" from soba lovers mainly in Tochigi Prefecture. During the two-month period, we collected approximately 10,514 votes, the largest number in the magazine's history (the previous record was approximately 3,100), through questionnaires in flyers, postcards, and voting boxes, as well as by visiting facilities and events in the prefecture ourselves. In addition to the number of votes, the editorial staff carefully selected a total of 56 stores, focusing on those that received enthusiastic word-of-mouth reviews. We introduce them here along with wonderful comments from our readers. This is a super-preserved edition of a special issue on soba based on 10,000 questionnaires, the largest number in the history of "MONMIYA.
