NUARL's Hi-Res Wired Earphones with MMCX Re-Cable Support Sound:A" series with MMCX re-cabling

MTI Corporation (Location: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; President: Keijie Chang) announces the release of the "NUARL Sound:A HDSS Hi-Res Stereo Earphones" (hereinafter referred to as "Sound:A") series, Hi-Res wired earphones with MMCX re-cable compatibility and incorporating proprietary technology from its original brand "NUARL". (NUARL) will launch the NUARL Sound:A HDSS Hi-Res Stereo Earphones (Sound:A) series of MMCX re-cableableable Hi-Res wired earphones with unique technology on Friday, July 26, 2024.

Sound:A is a standard model created as a series of NUARL earphones that sets the standard for sound, named after the "A" sound used in tuning musical instruments. It uses the same standard replaceable nozzle construction as the higher-end Overture model, and is available in two sound variations, one for the global market and one for the Japanese market, fitted with different tones.

■NUARL's unique single full-range dynamic driver

The newly developed "NUARL DRIVER [N8]G2" combines a φ8mm Gen2 graphene diaphragm with a lightweight CCAW (copper-clad aluminum wire) voice coil. The NUARL DRIVER [N8]G2 produces a crisp and powerful sound with high resolution.

Dual Chamber Driver Modules

As with the high-end Overture model, the dual-chamber structure has two independent air chambers with the backs of the drivers closed off. This structure reproduces a sense of volume in the low frequency range regardless of the size of the enclosure or drivers.

■Composite hybrid material enclosure

The front chamber is made of resin, the rear chamber is made of zinc alloy, and the sound tube is made of aluminum to disperse the resonance points of the enclosure and prevent unwanted resonance inherent in the materials.

Patented HDSS technology by T.B.I. of the U.S.

A third-generation ETL acoustic module is mounted in the rear cabin. This module prevents distortion at high volume levels and absorbs incidental sounds to reproduce a clear, three-dimensional, natural sound spread over the entire bandwidth.

Sound Tube attachment/removal compatibility

Interchangeable nozzle specification, a common standard for the latest NUARL wired earphones, is adopted. By detaching the nozzle, cleaning and maintenance can be made easier, and the "Overture" Sound Tube can also be used.

Attention to sound quality

The cable is made of 0.05mm x 30 twisted 4-core silver-plated copper wire, specially selected for the Sound:A series, and can be re-cabled via MMCX connection.

Two models are available according to tuning

Two models with different Sound Tube tuning are available, one for the global market and the other for the Japanese market. Both models support high frequency reproduction up to 40kHz and are Hi-Res certified.

Uniquely designed earpieces included

Four sizes of antibacterial*1 silicone earpieces "Block Ear+6N" are included to provide a balance of comfort and sound insulation.

Trade-up service from NUARL earphones is available. You can exchange your NUARL earphones for "Sound:A" for a fee. (Accepted at the official NUARL store*2)

Peace of Mind in Case of Emergencies

In the event of loss of one side of the earphone, failure not covered by warranty (damage/failure caused by external factors such as dropping or submersion in water), or expiration of warranty, NUARL Care is available to purchase a new pair of the same product at a lower price on the condition that the product is replaced with the remaining product in your possession.
