The brand uses fermented milk butter produced by Pine Land Dairy, a farm in Okobe-cho, Hokkaido, which boasts a history dating back to 1908, and aims to contribute to the development of Hokkaido's primary industry and the creation of a sixth industry. The products and designs are produced by "hanninmae", the same company that created the very popular and famous stores "Maruyama Melon", "Milked Drake", and "Maruyama Bagel LOOP", among others.

The cutting-edge craftsmen of Hokkaido have joined forces to bring you smiles through their brand from Maruyama.

About "Fermented Milk Butter Honpo

A brand centered on fermented butter produced by a ranch with a 116-year history in Hokkaido.

Croffins are made with fermented milk butter from "Pine Land Dairy" in Okobe Town, Hokkaido and 100% Hokkaido wheat. The unique way of making the dough is characterized by the way it is twisted and turned inside out.

It expresses the rarity of being available only in Maruyama class, the food hub of Sapporo, the retro and trendy feeling and the understandability that is loved by various people of all ages.

About "croffin

Croffin is a new type of sweet that combines a croissant and a muffin. Crofins were born in Australia and then became a big hit in New York. Many bakeries offered crofins, and they quickly became a popular menu item. Croffins are now very popular in Korea as well, especially among the younger generation through SNS, and many cafes and bakeries carry them. About the ingredients

Dairy farming in Hokkaido has traditionally relied on inexpensive imported feed, but the Corona disaster caused the price of imported feed to skyrocket, and the dairy industry faced a shortage of domestic feed. Since its opening, Pine Land Dairy has taken advantage of the rich Okhotsk land to produce its own grass. Today, we operate as a large-scale farm with approximately 2,000 cows and use very little imported feed. The raw milk produced is "genuine Hokkaido" raw milk from Okhotsk pasture grass and locally raised dairy cows.

About "Fermented Milk Butter

Fermented milk butter is made by fermenting buttermilk with lactic acid bacteria. It has a slightly sour taste and a light and fluffy texture. It is delicious eaten as is and has a short shelf life because no salt is added, but rock salt or citron salt can be added if desired. When heated, it loses its acidity and develops a mellow aroma, making it suitable for baked goods and cooking.
