The project started as part of the "Nagahama Future Vision for the City of Lake Nagahama (see Nagahama City website)," utilizing a vacant house in the Nishibori Tadashi Residence (5-6 Omiya-cho, Nagahama City, Shiga Prefecture).

Based on the results of the verification of the "Blended Community Type Local Community Place" (2023), Osaka Seikei University Bulletin, No. 9], we have newly started a research on a comprehensive network with corporate participation using a vacant house in Nagahama City to support the declining birthrate and super-aging society by mixing multiple generations together.
