PROSPERE, which specializes in PR and total communication for fashion, beauty, culture, and other fields, will open the "PROSPERE Cafe," a herb café and shop that uses pesticide-free holy basil (Oya tulsi) to recharge the body and mind while bringing out the "deliciousness of the ingredient itself. PROSPERE Cafe will open in Towada City, Aomori Prefecture, on Saturday, June 22, 2024, as a herb café and store where customers can recharge their minds and bodies while drawing out the "deliciousness of the ingredients themselves.

PROSPERE Cafe is named after the word "prosperity" and the wish to "connect energy, vitality, and happiness to the world.

The main ingredient, Holy Basil (Auyatulsi species), is a miracle herb with purple spots on the underside of its leaves, beautiful spikes of flowers, and a mellow aroma, and is said to be "a holy herb without equal" that is good for the body. The herb is cultivated without the use of any pesticides, and is served in the café menu using the best cooking methods suited to the ingredients.

In addition to takeout products using holy basil, seasonal herbs and vegetables grown on Prosper's own farm will also be available for sale.

In an all-white clean space surrounded by rich nature, we aim to provide a safe place for people who care about their mental and physical health, and through herbs, connect happiness and energy from Towada City to the world.

In 2018, he came across Holy Basil (Auyatulsi species) through the Japan Holy Basil Association and started growing it without pesticides, attracted by the fragrance, benefits, and beauty of flower buds of Holy Basil, which is gentle to both the mind and body. In the future, she plans to handle a variety of herbs in addition to holy basil.
