Since 2014, Niseko has been the host venue for the Niseko Classic, a UCI Gran Fondo World Series event. The event attracts cyclists and enthusiasts from all over Japan, Asia, and the world, and the race is usually held in Hokkaido's spectacular natural setting and beautiful scenery.
