On May 31, 2024 (Friday), the appointment of all eight directors and auditors was officially approved by resolution of the 30th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, and a new management structure was decided. *Wide range of design areas with emphasis on customer experience (service/brand/communication, etc.)

Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO): Bettina Melendez
As Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) of Neuromagic, I am very pleased to bring my experience and expertise to share my vision. For the past three years, I have established and managed the Sustainability Transformation (SX) group at Neuromagic. My passion for sustainability began as a teenager when I founded the Greenpeace Club to discuss environmental issues, and I share the Dutch proverb "goedkoop is duurkoop," which refers to the long-term benefits of sustainable business. While the environmental footprint at Neuromagic may be relatively small, my vision is to go beyond the impact within the value chain and standardize renewable practices to create a positive impact for all stakeholders, including employees, customers, local communities and the global environment. I currently also serve as CEO of the Amsterdam subsidiary, and will leverage our strengths of having offices in both Japan and Europe to incorporate insights into diverse regulations and promote global operations.
Director and Executive Officer Natsuki Nagai

In 2022, I was appointed as Executive Officer in charge of the DEI area, where I have been promoting institutionalization and clarification to create a comfortable working environment. By assuming the position of Director and Executive Officer, I believe I will be able to function more strongly as a monitor of the management system, and I intend to continue to fulfill my role. In addition, he will also be in charge of service design, UX, and SX business growth strategy, and as DEI, he will continue to develop the management foundation while striving for more sustainable growth of the business.
