The BEER Festival Executive Committee will hold "Taiwan Festival x Summer Gourmet Festival 2024" in collaboration with "Taiwan Festival" from June 8, 2024 (Sat) to August 18, 2024 (Sun) at Toyosuna Park in front of AEON MALL Makuhari Shin-Toshin.

The theme of the event is "Blow away the hot summer heat with cool and tasty summer gourmet foods! 1 Under the title of "Blow away the hot summer heat with cool and tasty 'summer gourmet foods'!", we have prepared a variety of delicious summer foods such as cold Taiwanese gourmet foods perfect for summer, chilled beer and sausages, and cool fruit shaved ice, as well as standard Taiwanese gourmet foods.

■Taiwanese cold menu for summer

This time, we would like you to taste "Taiwan in summer" and enjoy dishes that will make you feel "cool".

Summer is the time for shaved ice, but Taiwanese shaved ice is different. Taiwanese shaved ice called "Xuehua Bing" is made of frozen flavored syrups and shaved into very fine pieces, resulting in a delicate, fluffy, and mouth-watering texture.

The "noodle" store offers not only the very popular "beef noodle (new lo-men)" but also the summer special "chilled beef noodle (new lo-men)". The thirst-quenching cold noodles cool down your body and are perfect for the hot summer months.
