Japan's Largest Free Yoga Event 「Jingu Stadium Night Yoga 2024」 will be held!

Active Icon Commission (Executive Committee Chairman: Masahiro Matsufuji, Office Location: Setagaya-ku, Tokyo) will hold a large-scale yoga event "JINGU STADIUM NIGHT YOGA 2024" with a total of nine sessions scheduled starting on May 20, 2024.

The event will be held on the grounds of Jingu Stadium, welcoming top instructors who lead the yoga world in Japan.

Launched in 2016, this event has grown to become one of the largest yoga events in Japan, and many people will gather at Jingu Stadium at night this summer as well.

In 2024, a limited number of 15 people will be invited to participate in a one-hour Nordic walking course to enjoy the Jingu Gaien Garden before the yoga session begins.

What is 'STADIUM NIGHT YOGA'?

This is a program that requires no participation fee and can be enjoyed by people of all ages and genders, even those new to yoga. There is also a bilingual area for foreigners to safely participate in and enjoy yoga events in Japan.

■Outline of implementation

Period: 20 May 2024 (Monday) - (Total of 9 sessions scheduled)

Will be canceled in the event of rain or stormy weather (information will be announced on Facebook and Instagram).

Location: Meiji Jingu Baseball Ground

Time: 19:30 - 20:30 (Doors open at 19:00)

Participation Fee: Free of charge

Eligibility: 18 years or older and in good health

How to Enter: Anyone can take part. Please register in advance to gain access.

Capacity: Admission may be denied if the number of participants exceeds the limit.

Note: No one under the age of 18 will be allowed to enter the venue except to participate in yoga (e.g. observation, etc.).

　　　　　There is no changing room, so please wear comfortable clothing.

　　　　　If you are wearing high-heeled shoes, please remove them on entering the venue.

　　　　　Please do not wear earrings, hairpins, or other small jewelry.

　　　　　Please do not bring bags with wheels.

　　　　　Eating and drinking are not allowed. (Only water is allowed on the grounds).

　　　　　Please do not leave anything behind when you leave the venue.

　　　　　Please refrain from flying or filming drones etc.

　　　　　Instructors and event times are subject to change,

　　　　　In case of rain or stormy weather, the event will be cancelled. We will announce the cancellation on the official SNS.
