At the "signing ceremony" on Thursday, April 11, Nara City Mayor Gen Nakagawa and Keita Araki, Executive Officer and General Manager of Urban Business Division of KJR Management Corporation, took the stage, and "Shikamaro-kun," the mascot character of Nara City Tourism Association, which focuses on regional revitalization, also appeared.
