Myoko-en Corporation (Headquarters: Atsuta-ku, Nagoya; President: Yoshitomo Tanaka) will launch a new product, "Rice-flour Baumkuchen," using its signature hojicha and high-grade matcha green tea, on Friday, March 15.

This gluten-free rice-flour baumkuchen is the talk of the town, made from 100% home-made brown rice flour (rice flour).
The dough is baked slowly and carefully at the optimum temperature to create a hard baumkuchen with a crispy outside and a chewy inside that is addictive to the palate. In order to preserve the flavors of Myoko-en's signature products, hojicha (roasted green tea) and matcha (powdered green tea), we do not use alcohol or lemon juice, so the flavors of hojicha and matcha are fully expressed.
It is also wheat-free and gluten-free, so it is recommended for those who are concerned about their health and diet.
