About the Kasumigaseki Public Relations Association
Kasumigaseki PR no Kai" is a community that bridges the communication gap between ministries and government agencies and shares knowledge on PR and public relations. Currently, the community consists of more than 300 members from all ministries and related government agencies. In addition to sharing advanced initiatives of other ministries and agencies and more practical knowledge sharing based on the unique culture and systems of Kasumigaseki, special sessions with outside lecturers are held regularly.

■About the special sessions in which XICA has participated
XICA presented a special session on the theme of "Learning from Corporate Case Studies: Where We Are Today in Data-Driven Marketing - Potential Use in Policy".
In order to encourage ministries and agencies to utilize data-driven marketing in their public relations work, we explained the basic process of data-driven marketing, the latest cases where business results were created and business growth was targeted and maximized through the practice of data-driven marketing, and the potential for use in policy.

Graduated from Keio University, Faculty of Policy Studies in 2012. He founded XICA Co., Ltd. in February 2012 after discovering the potential of statistical analysis for business support while still in college, based on his father's company bankruptcy. Based on statistics and economics, he has provided consulting services to improve marketing accuracy for a number of major clients. Based on his knowledge, he has served as a product owner in the development of various tools for XICA.
