Ascentec Corporation (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Takashi Matsuura) has signed a partnership agreement with G-Core Labs S.A. (Head Office: Luxembourg; CEO: Andre Reitenbach) to provide the ever-increasing number of computing nodes for generative AI in the cloud. With the growth of the generative AI market, the need for cloud services equipped with NVIDIA GPUs, the execution environment, is increasing and supply is tight.

Gcore has experienced rapid growth in the global deployment of public cloud, edge computing, content delivery, hosting, and security solutions. Gcore is also developing and deploying the Gcore Edge AI cloud service, powered by NVIDIA GPUs, for the global market.

In order to respond to this growing market, we have concluded a partnership agreement with Gcore to develop this service in Japan, and in combination with our strength in cloud infrastructure business, we will provide our customers with a timely execution environment for generative AI.

Another feature of Gcore Edge AI is the Gcore AI Private Cloud. This service solves the issues of copyrights and security issues such as leakage of personal information when using public cloud as an environment for executing generated AI. The company's "Gcore AI Private Cloud" provides a hardware platform in the customer's data center, offering a completely private environment with a user interface, management functions, and fee structure equivalent to cloud computing. It also enables hybrid use of Gcore's cloud, network, and security edge services.
