■Background and Purpose of Establishing a Subsidiary in India

As the shortage of IT human resources in Japan becomes more and more serious, India is attracting attention as one of the places where the best engineers in the world gather.

In view of this situation, we have established GENIO INDIA by working to train Indian bridge engineers in Japan and building a development system in which Japanese and local engineers work together to handle development.

With this new development, we will accelerate the development of our software and services by leveraging the expertise of our talented Indian technicians and engineers. This will provide additional value to our customers. We also plan to develop new services targeting the country's fast-growing economy to improve our competitiveness in the global marketplace.

The new subsidiary will be based in Tamil Nadu. The new subsidiary will be based in Tamil Nadu, where local engineers will develop software and manage local projects, further strengthening our engineering structure.
