MCUD/ZIP Hyogo-Tojo (tentative name), MCUD/ZIP Osaka Hirano (tentative name), and MCUD/ZIP Shizuoka Kakegawa (tentative name).
Project Overview
This project is the first joint venture between MCUD LOGISTICS, a logistics facility developed by MCUD, and the ZIP series developed by Phoenix. Mitsubishi Corporation Urban Development will play a central role in the development of the project from its inception, and Phoenix will manage the properties after development.
MCUD and Phoenix will work together to provide the income-producing real estate market with quality properties that meet the needs of tenants and investors.

The site is also accessible to the Chugoku Expressway, Maizuru-Wakasa Expressway, Sanyo Expressway, Rokko Kita Toll Road, and other expressway networks for inter-city transportation to Himeji/Chugoku, Kobe, and Osaka (40 minutes to central Kobe City, 50 minutes to central Osaka City), and regional delivery using prefectural and national roads to Harima and Kobe area.
