Czech ICT Solutions Day 2023, an event co-organised byThe Embassy of the Czech Republic and ORIZON Systems Co.,Ltd. closed on November 10th.

ORIZON Systems Co.,Ltd. (Location: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Kenichi Suga), a provider of general IT services including sales of overseas products, held the event "Czech ICT Solution Day 2023" at the Embassy of the Czech Republic on Friday, November 10, 2023, with the aim of increasing awareness of Czech ICT companies' products and solutions in Japan.

Opening remarks

Mr. Ondřej Svoboda, Economic Diplomat at the Embassy of the Czech Republic, opened the event with a speech about the importance of the Czech Republic in the field of ICT technology, impressing the approximately 100 visitors with the potential for business between the Czech Republic and Japan. 

Seminar by the Czech speakers

Three Czech ICT companies (Progress Software, GoodAccess, and AXENTA), with witch ORIZON Systems cooperates, gave presentations on their products and services for the event. Representatives from the Czech Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan (CCCIJ) and the South Moravian Innovation Center (JIC) spoke about the potential of the Czech Republic's IT industry and their expectations for business cooperation with Japan.

Networking (social gathering)

After the seminar, the chefs from the Embassy of the Czech Republic served Czech cuisine, and with live Czech music playing in the background, the networking session was a great success, with active interaction between the participating customers and partners and the Czech panelists.
