■Features

*Provides delicious coffee with no messy taste

Users with disabilities at a Type B labor support business carefully hand-pick raw coffee beans one by one, and only the best beans are roasted to produce a clean, easy-to-drink coffee. The coffee is so tasty that even elementary school boys can taste it when they drink it black.

*Creating opportunities for people with disabilities and the general public to get involved

The general public does not have a chance to get involved with people with intellectual, mental, or developmental disabilities. We have launched this project because we believe that people with disabilities feel it is difficult to live their lives because they "don't know them and are somewhat afraid of them.

We are trying to make people aware of the stories of users with disabilities.

On the design of the coffee cups, we put the user's artwork and a story describing the user's difficult life and the characteristics of his/her disability. When people read the story, they may think, "There is a person with a disability at my workplace, too. If people who read the stories think, "I know someone with a disability at my workplace, maybe I should talk to him or her next time," we hope that this will lead to a warmer society that is easier for them to live in.
