G-Smart Corporation (Headquarters: Taito-ku, Tokyo; President: Kazutaka Mototsuno) announces the official release in January 2024 of its newly redesigned "Smart Attack" smartphone-based field reporting application. Since its initial release in 2010, "Smart Attack" has been used in various field operations such as building maintenance, property management, loss assessment, and store management. In the "Smart Attack Renewal Project," the first step is to renew the PC screen "Smart Attack Manager," which is a management function, and to implement ideas that will enable more flexible and diverse use of the system, with an emphasis on smooth transition for many users.

The Smart Attack Manager screen has a completely new design that differs from the previous Smart Attack Manager screen, and the menus and functions have been renamed.

The functions of the existing "SA Tools for Windows" option are now available as standard functions in Smart Attack Manager. In addition, it is now possible to easily download only the photos, images, and sounds in a reported task, or batch download in a specified file format (Excel, CSV, or PDF).

Usage Fees

Smart Attack Cloud: 3,000 yen/ID per month (excluding tax, from 5 IDs, annual contract)

Current users can migrate to the renewed version of the service.

We will prepare a separate verification environment for the renewed version. Please note that you will not be able to revert back to the current version after migrating to the renewed version.

The current version will be available until March 2025.
