Fukura's commitment to food and sake
We try to visit the producers and craftsmen who make the ingredients, sake, utensils and dishes as much as possible, and to make our own seasonings and foods as much as possible.
We want people to drink sake on a daily basis. We want people to choose sake based on their intuition and enjoy it without being bound by stereotypes, so we simply list the characteristics of the sake on the menu and do not list the type or rice polishing ratio. We have a selection of Shiga sake mainly from breweries that we have visited in person.
