With the theme of "comfort" in mind, GLEAMING WORKS released the G.W Comfort Bar series for XL1200X (forty-eight) and FXSB (breakout) in May 2014. It has been the top-selling item of the GLEAMING WORKS.jp brand up to the present. Under such circumstances, we are pleased to announce the release of a comfort bar exclusively designed for RH975 (Night Star) in November 2023.

Designed with the theme of handlebar position to fit the Japanese body shape.

The product developer, who is also a Harley rider, has actually experienced the frustrations of riding a Harley. The G.W Comfort Bar was designed with the theme of "a handlebar position that matches the Japanese physique" based on the complaints that the product developer, who is also a Harley user, experienced while riding and the feedback from Harley user customers.

By adding an angle of pull of approximately 108mm from the stock handlebars, there is more elbow room and arm room for improved maneuverability. Also, unlike the stock handlebar position, where the rider may lean forward depending on his/her height or arm length, the rider can take a sturdier position that does not put any burden on the waist, which greatly reduces the burden on the body when touring for long distances.

The G.W Comfort Bar is set to the handlebar size that allows the various cables and brake hoses to be installed without modifying the stock handlebars, thus minimizing the cost of handlebar replacement. Also, just like the factory handlebar, it has a slot for positioning the switch box and a mechanism for installing the factory bar-end mirror, so there is no need to worry about additional drilling, mirror relocation, etc.

Caution

Depending on individual differences, the banjo may face too far outward and tension may be applied to the brake hose. In this case, loosen the banjo bolt slightly and change the direction.

If you loosen it too much, there is a possibility of fluid leakage or air bite.

If you turn it too far inward, the brake hose will interfere with the tank.
