Two Japanese Women Win World Beauty Contest

Global Unity Japan (Representative: Ejiko Yamamoto, hereafter GUJ) is pleased to announce that Aya Mizuno and Lushiga, who were selected as representatives of Japan at the World Championships, participated in the Mrs. Miz Worldwide World Championship 2023, and won the 3rd and 4th places at the World Championship held on Sunday, October 22, 2023, in Sentosa, Singapore, As a contest to support women living in the age of 100 years, GUJ aims to produce healthy and beautiful women, both inside and out, and to support the bright future of all the GUJ winners and participants, including Aya Mizuno and Lushiga.

What is Mrs. World Wide World Convention?

It is the only beauty pageant officially recognized by the world's largest beauty pageant information organization, Missosology, in the Mrs. category. There is no height limit, and contestants can be between 16 and 60 years old. The contest is not only about beauty, but also about demonstrating the empowerment of women, emphasizing leadership that contributes to society, and encouraging women to take on new challenges based on their past life experiences.

Many of these beauty contests are attended by women who have been raised from childhood with the sole purpose of winning, and it is said that the probability of a Japanese woman who does not have such an environment winning a prize in the world contest is extremely low.

In addition to the beauty of the contestants' appearance, they are also strictly evaluated on their "communication" with others, their "personality" as a person, their "confidence" in walking and staging, and their "composure" in answering questions accurately in English. The scores are as high as the "beauty" of the contestants.

It was a great honor to compete on this stage with wonderful people from all over the world, and the support and cooperation of my family and friends was a big help. Everyone involved in the tournament was positive, strong, and fun, and I learned a lot. I am very grateful to GUJ for giving me this opportunity. Thank you very much!

After winning the award at the Japan Competition and being selected as the World Representative, my introduction has changed and the way people see me has also changed.

I have been conscious of my behavior and aura appropriate for a representative of Japan, and I have continued to be conscious of my appearance so that people would want this person to be active in the world as a representative of Japan.

Three months before the world competition, I began my preparation in earnest. I thought about what is the world standard of beauty and how to express Japan through me, and worked hard on my dress, talent show, walking and posing practices, and body make-up to appeal to myself.

I believe that queens who have won in the world have an aura and power, and meeting queens from all over the world is an exchange that will never happen again. I have absorbed a lot of each world queen's past progress, future visions, and thoughts.

I have been practicing to be the best in the world since the preparation stage, and I have been raising my mind that I am the most deserving! I have been raising my spirits to be the best in the world.

I want to see the world from the perspective of the best in the world,

And most of all, I am very much looking forward to the changes I will make after this experience.

Thanks to all of you, I was able to achieve the best possible results!

On the occasion of the World Championships,

On the stage, I was not alone, but was empowered by the teachers in each field such as walking, national costume, makeup, talent show, and so on.

I feel that my thorough preparation helped me to feel confident and calm on the competition stage. It was thanks to my teachers and fellow students that I was able to be proud on stage. I cherished every moment and enjoyed the stage as much as I could.

I am happy about the result, of course, but I am also happy that I was able to fulfill my goal of becoming friends with all of the representatives from around the world.
