The new menu will be available from October 10, 2023.

What is "Motsu-nabe Meister"?
The "motsunabe meister" is a staff member who supports customers' preparation of motsunabe and makes it the best it can be. The "Motsunabe Meister" is a staff member who assists customers in making their own motsunabe and preparing it in the most delicious way possible.
The menu is limited to the fall and winter season.
Goku-Yamamotsu Motsu Nabe / 2,250 yen (per person) *We accept orders for two or more servings.
The soup is made with a rich miso-based broth and sake-kasu (sake lees) made from sake produced by Kitaya, a brewery in Fukuoka Prefecture. The mellow aroma of the sake lees and the rich flavor of the miso enhances the deliciousness of the Japanese beef chuck and seasonal vegetables.
Umami spicy motsu nabe / 2,250 yen (per person) *We accept minimum order of 2 servings.
A soy sauce-based broth with a hint of sesame broth and spicy sauce filled with the flavor of mentaiko (cod roe). The addictive and stimulating spiciness of the soup and the "plump" Japanese beef entrails are a perfect match.

Limited toppings
Gyoza crust / 200 yen
The chewy gyoza skin absorbs the flavor of the soup. Mentaiko (spicy cod roe) and chives go especially well with it.
Tteokbokki / 200 yen
A "chewy" texture is added to the motsu nabe. We recommend the double topping of "cheese and toppogi" with the "deliciously spicy motsu nabe".
Mustard mustard takana / 200 yen
The savory flavor and sourness of the mustard mustard adds a delicious accent to this dish. The mentaiko (spicy cod roe) topping gives the dish a unique Hakata flavor.
Spicy cod roe / 280 yen
The spiciness of mentaiko and the aroma of yuzu (citron) spread over the motsu nabe (hot pot), making it even more delicious. We also recommend topping it with cheese.
Cheese / 280 yen
The rich cheese flavor is recommended as a topping for Zosui (rice porridge) at the end of the meal. The risotto-like cheese porridge goes well with both "Gokumami Motsu Nabe" and "Umami Spicy Motsu Nabe".
■Mentaiko kelp / 350 yen
Kelp marinated with Yamaya's mentaiko (cod roe). The mentaiko has a great flavor and can be enjoyed as is. It is also delicious on its own, but its flavor is enhanced when added to the "Umashiri Motsunabe" (spicy and delicious hot pot).
