Denshi Gihan Co. (Location: Suita City, Osaka, President: Hiroki Kitayama) will release Evangelion design "FLASH iPhone 15Pro Case, 15Pro Max Case" from "FLASH Series", a line of PCB art goods using PCB design and manufacturing technology, equipment, and design capabilities. The "FLASH Series" will be available at moeco's direct sales stores and retailers from September 28, 2023 (Thursday). The main feature of the "FLASH series" is not only the intricate design of the circuit board, but also the circuit that allows LEDs to light up via radio waves.
The circuit that makes LEDs glow with radio waves is patented in 2020 (patent number 6667777).

Product Features
This is a product seriously made by PCB professionals. It is designed using CAD for printed circuit boards, and electronic components are mounted (soldered) on a real circuit board. We design the CAD in-house and mount the components on the surface mounting line at our main factory, which is used for our main business. The board CAD that designs the board is not design software, so lines are drawn one by one with the mouse. After mounting the electronic components, they are coated one by one by hand in a clean room (class 1000) to protect the mounted components until the resin is full of surface tension by human hands and vacuum heated. Then, air bubbles and dust on the resin surface are removed by hand.
Designed and manufactured in Japan, all products are RoHS compliant (lead-free). Gift box packaging is available as a present.

＜Why does the "FLASH iPhone case" shine? > "FLASH
The LEDs glow by converting the radio waves emitted by the iPhone itself into electricity and boosting the voltage. The LEDs do not glow during normal operation, but glow randomly when the iPhone emits a strong radio wave. The glowing mechanism is that the antenna circuit on the back side of the board catches strong radio waves emitted by the iPhone and circulates them to the front side of the board. There is only one LED. The circuit that makes the LED glow with radio waves was patented in 2020 (patent number 6667777).

FLASH EVA01 Substrate Art iPhone Case is a battery-free iPhone case with LEDs mounted on the core of the chest that light up. In the Evangelion first plane design, a total of 27 electronic components are mounted on the chest core, including a 2mm red LED. In addition, the Evangelion first plane was designed precisely with approximately 140,000 lines. The background of the first plane is an animated scene of the startup test site on a PCB that mimics the wiring pattern of a printed circuit board. It is precisely designed with 0.1mm wiring pattern with fine lines. The substrate is gold plated. After mounting electronic components, the product is sealed with ultra-clear resin in a clean room (class 1000). Packaged in a black gift box. Made in Japan. With a strap hole.
