(Head office: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Yuichi Sato), in collaboration with a canele specialty store from Karuizawa, Kanurelite (Head office: Karuizawa-cho, Kitasaku-gun, Nagano Prefecture; Representative: Mayuko Takase), will develop a limited quantity LITE HARNEY & SONS The collaboration assortment (box) will be sold simultaneously at three locations: Tokyo: Tokyu Food Show (Futakotamagawa Rise Shopping Center), Tokyo: HARNEY & SONS OMOTESANDO Store, and Aichi: HARNEY & SONS JR Nagoya Takashimaya Store. We will start selling them at the same time. The sales will end as soon as the limited quantity is gone.

The LITE HARNEY & SONS collaboration assortment consists of six flavors: Hot Cinnamon Spice, Milky Oolong, Paris, Pomegranate Oolong, Choco Mint Royale, and SOHO Coconut, all of which are representative of HARNEY & SONS' signature flavored teas.

The larger-than-usual canelet mold, measuring approximately 5 cm in diameter, allows customers to enjoy the crispy texture of the crispy outside and the elastic and moist inside, and the aroma of HARNEY & SONS tea leaves is fully locked in. The tea is made with the original taste of the ingredients and the aroma of the tea blended with them.

All of the flavors are limited to those available only through this collaboration.

HARNEY & SONS' signature "Hot Cinnamon Spice" is a special treat that expresses the stimulating spiciness of three kinds of cinnamon and sweet cloves in a small canelette.

A canele with a rich, sweet, milky taste and a fragrant oolong tea aroma, made by simmering the popular Asian "Milky Oolong" with Shinshu milk.

Paris Flavor

Paris" is simply baked to take advantage of the originality of the characteristic freshness of blackcurrant and the sweetness of vanilla and caramel. Enjoy the sense of cassis that you can also smell from the canelees.

Pomegranate Oolong Flavor

Pomegranette Oolong" tea leaves, popular among women for its gentle sweetness of the finest oolong tea and pomegranate, are used in canelés, with the addition of fine pomegranate for a refreshing taste. Enjoy the marriage of the green tea leaves and the fresh fruitiness of the tea leaves.

Choco Mint Royale Flavor

Minty canele baked with "Peppermint Herbal" tea leaves made from fresh peppermint from Washington State, combined with fine dark chocolate. We hope you will enjoy our premium chocolate mint canele.

A gorgeous "SOHO" blend of black tea, chocolate, and coconut, with coconut and amaranth petals, this flavor canele is a playful twist on the HARNEY & SONS signature.
