Kids School Wonder (exterior view of the daycare center)
~Aiming to be a company that responds to the voices of its employees and the local community
OPEN on July 7, "Kids School Wonder," an in-house daycare center
Our company has many female employees, many of whom are raising children.
While women are becoming more active in the world, in some areas there are children on waiting lists, and due to the difference between the needs of the system and the workplace, there is a situation where people want to work but cannot leave their young children at daycare centers.
They want to work but cannot because there is no one to take care of their children.
Hearing the voices of such employees, we started working toward opening an in-house daycare center in April 2022 to make it possible for employees to bring their children to work.
One year later, on July 7, 2023, "Kids School Wonder" opened on the seventh day of the seventh month.
Wonder" means "miracle. We named the school "Wonder" in the hope that it would be a school where your precious children could sparkle and shine happily.
Qualified kindergarten teacher and nursery school teacher license holders provide childcare services (a part-time nurse also works there).
As a facility eligible for free childcare, childcare fees are free for children aged 3 and older if they are certified. Employees can use the facility for half the monthly childcare fee.
Temporary childcare services are also available to accommodate sudden emergencies.

■The first private school childcare center in the city
School-age childcare, also known as after-school children's clubs, are designed to provide children with a meaningful time after school, from after school until their parents return home from work, through play and learning.
In Kyotango City, each of the six former towns has its own school district, and after-school children's clubs have been established only in a limited number of elementary schools.
In response to this situation, we opened the first private after-school childcare center in the city.
We have already received many "happy" comments from the local community.
During long vacations such as summer vacation, we also provide school lunch service prepared by a chef, taking advantage of our background as a Japanese inn. The service is safe and secure.
