Kuni Umi AI Securities Announced the Change in Major Shareholders

Kuni Umi AI Securities Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo： President & Chief Executive Officer: Yuan Li) resolved at its board of directors meeting on June 23, 2023 to change the position of representative director to only one person, President ＆ CEO Yuan Li. In addition, Yuan Li newly acquired an additional 33% of the shares through a third-party allocation of  shares and the approval of the transfer of existing shares on June 29, making him  the second major shareholder after N&O Consulting Co., Ltd. (OAG Group).
