Fukuoka Jisho Co., Ltd. is constructing the "Tenjin Business Center" toward its scheduled completion at the end of September 2021 to enhance Fukuoka's role and function as a hub city in Asia and to create new space and employment. The building will have 19 stories above ground and two below (approximately 89 meters high), with a total floor area of approximately 61,000 square meters, and will have a large-scale seismic isolation structure, directly connected to Tenjin Station on the Fukuoka Municipal Subway Airport Line. In addition, the building will be one of the most advanced office buildings in Japan equipped with state-of-the-art infection control measures, such as a ventilation system that far exceeds the ventilation required by the Building Standards Law and a system that allows people to board elevators and go to their destination floors without contact in the Corona Disaster.
